Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Ashley Olson, the founder of ProFlow Yoga LLC! My journey with yoga started as a way to heal from sports injuries after years as a volleyball player, track runner, and gymnast. But yoga has changed my life in ways I never expected. It’s been a powerful practice not just for my body, but for my mind and spirit too, helping me find balance, peace, and strength that goes far beyond the physical.

Before diving into yoga full-time, I spent five years as a public school teacher, where I loved helping students grow and find their path. I graduated from UCF with a degree in Education

I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. My 200-hour yoga teacher training at Nexus Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica was a life-changing experience, and it deepened my commitment to sharing yoga with others—especially athletes. I know firsthand how yoga can help prevent injuries, speed up recovery, and build flexibility and strength, all of which are essential for people who push their bodies to the max.

Outside of yoga, my 3-year-old daughter keeps me on my toes and brings so much joy and purpose to my life. I’m excited to share the healing benefits of yoga with others and to support my clients on their journey toward wellness and self-discovery.
